We will give you a full refund if your textbook is never delivered or the textbook does not match the listing description. Otherwise, all sales are final. The policies and systems we have in place to protect you are called Reusly Protect.

Refund Policy

When you make a purchase on Reusly, we don't release payment to the seller until you've received your textbook as described and rated the seller. You have 12 hours after delivery to inform us if the textbook has been misrepresented by reporting the problem on the Reusly website with supporting photos. If we verify your claim, we'll refund your payment. All returns must be returned back within 5 days of approval to be eligible for a refund.

What is covered

If any of the following relate to your purchase, please report the problem on the Reusly website immediately:


  • Undisclosed damage
  • Incorrect textbook
  • Textbook not as described
  • Textbook is not authentic


If no claim is made within 12 hours of handover, payment will be automatically released to the seller. Once payment has been released, all sales are final and no refunds will be provided.

What is not covered

Changed mind


If you change your mind you no longer need the textbook, we, unfortunately, cannot accept a return. You can always re-list the textbook on Reusly!


Trades and Offline Transactions


Reusly Protect does not cover trades or transactions completed off of the Reusly platform. When payment for the full value of the textbook is not exchanged through the Reusly platform, we cannot guarantee that both parties will deliver and transact as promised. You bear all risks associated with any such transactions.
